myharvard Monthly System Maintenance

On the weekend of February 24-25th, my.harvard will undergo mandatory system maintenance. The maintenance window is determined by the vendor who hosts our servers. Each maintenance period is quoted for 7 pm Saturday - 7 pm Sunday, though most times the system is available much sooner.

Modernization of Financial Reporting (MFR) Project Update

OBI Financials Pilot

With our most recent release in January we implemented, “single-segment security” allowing access to dashboards based on authorized TUB, ORG, FUND, ACTIVITY or ROOT.  This enhanced security is referred to as “Data Access Controls 1.0” (DAC 1.0) and has allowed us to expand the pilot participation to include departmental administrators in some of the schools and units.  These additional pilot users will continue to help us uncover any data issues and elevate local concerns in preparation for the full scale rollout in July 2017.  ...

Change to "Business Expense Reimbursement - Foreign Individual" Vendor Type

The active period for the “Business Expense Reimbursement – Foreign Individual” vendor type has been extended from 30 days to 90 days. This change is intended to accommodate multiple business expense reimbursements that may take place over several weeks, such as expenses for a job candidate traveling to campus for multiple interviews. As before, this vendor type can only be used for payees receiving business expense reimbursements ONLY and who have not received income payments (salary, fellowship, honoraria, etc.)...

GMAS Release Coming in May

February 16, 2017

The next GMAS release is currently scheduled for May 2017. This release will include major upgrades to the Initial and Competing Renewal proposal request entry steps, and request homepages. These upgrades will help to simplify the entry process for new proposals, and better define where the proposal is in the submission process.

Sign Up for Citi Electronic Statements

As part of the University’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are working to reduce the amount of paper that is produced for our commercial card programs. As a result, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with Citi® to move to electronic statements beginning June 16, 2017.

Please Note:

  • Effective June 16, 2017 you will no longer receive paper statements
  • CitiManager, Citi’s online account management tool, provides access for up to 36 months of past statements. With this feature, your recent transactions can be viewed, downloaded,...

Harvard Chan School of Public Health Admissions

We are excited to announce the successful implementation of Campus Solutions Admissions at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health.  Key deliverables of this project have been:

  • Interface between the School of Public Health Application System (SOPHAS) and Campus Solutions (my.harvard).  Data on this interface includes students background information, prior education, work experience, referrals, and test scores.
