The Grants Management Application Suite (GMAS) system is scheduled to be upgraded on July 27, 2015. The team will convert 24 pages to a new page design and layout to provide larger fonts, leverage more space on the page, highlight key page information, and provide page and field assistance. The July release will include converted pages that belong to the Accounts, Notice, Financial Award Information, Action Memo, and Subagreement modules.

It is important to note that only 24 of GMAS’ 350 pages will be included in the July release, so users will experience changes between old and new pages for some time. Additional releases are scheduled for the upcoming fall and spring.
Release Information
The GMAS system will be unavailable from Friday, July 24th at 5:00 PM until the start of business (8:00 AM) on Monday, July 27th. This release will include bug fixes and enhancements.
