On August 26th and September 8th, additional enhancements were made to the GMAS document repositories. The enhancements are as follows:
- GMAS now allows for upper and lower case characters in an email address for users emailing into gmasdoc@camail.harvard.edu
- The allowable file upload size has been increased from 30MB to 150MB
- A time-stamp has been added to the document details
- All users who can upload documents to a document repository within a request can now also rename and edit the descriptions of documents
- Added functionality to hide empty folder on the All documents screen
- Document count now appears in each section on the All documents screen
- Drag and drop functionality added everywhere document upload is allowed
- Added ability to add subfolders
- Documents can now be sorted.

The next GMAS release is scheduled for November/December 2016. The GMAS team is working on budgets for the fall 2016 and spring 2017 releases. Focus for budgets will be on the following:
