Grants Management Dashboards
The CREW Grants Management reports were decommissioned on Friday, Dec 1 and are no longer available, with the exception of the Sponsored Invalid Code Combinations and GMAS User Security reports. As of Friday, December 2, all scheduled Grants Management reports have also been terminated and removed from CREW. The OBI Grants Management reports are available and will be the source for grants management reporting going forward.
If you have not yet attended an OBI Grants Management dashboard training, there are more sessions scheduled in January and February and will be held quarterly thereafter. We will also be holding monthly Online Office Hours where you can attend from the comfort of your desk and have your questions answered. The next Online Office Hours is scheduled for Thursday, December 14. Please check out the OSP Training calendar for more information on upcoming office hours and training sessions.
Financials Dashboards Pilot
Approximately 150 pilot and super users are using the fourteen (14) financials dashboards to test the system, uncover any data issues and elevate any local concerns with the dashboards as we continue to refine the dashboards. In January 2017, additional pilot users (including select department administrators) will be provided access to the financials dashboards to expand the testing efforts.
