my.harvard Weekend Outage and Support Opportunities

Students, faculty, and advisors were busy during the first two week of September using my.harvard to register, search for courses, request and grant instructor permission, sign study cards, view student information, and most importantly: enroll in courses. We are eager to continue  supporting anyone who needs assistance using the new system. For those looking for online documentation, visit the Knowledge Center for how-to guides, or contact us directly at myharvard_support@harvard.edu. For administrative users looking to brush up on the Course Catalog & Schedule of Classes, we will offer monthly courses beginning this Friday, September 18. We will also hold Course Catalog Labs to assist curriculum coordinators with creating their Spring 2016 courses. Sign up for a training now!

This weekend, the system will undergo monthly scheduled maintenance starting at 7pm on Saturday, September 19. The allotted outage period is 24 hours, but is often available sooner.
