Outage Days for Oracle Financials Coming Up in October

• October 4 – Fixed Assets Conversions for Wave 3 rollout – Oracle Financials will be unavailable for the entire day; CREW is not impacted
• October 5 – OS Server Patching – Oracle Financials will be unavailable 6am – Noon
• October 25/26 – FINDINI 4.0.6 release – Financials and HDW/CREW will be unavailable from 6 pm on Friday, 24th until 6 am on Monday, 27^th

Financial systems include Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable Adjustment Form for Assets, Accounts Receivable, Bottomline, CAPS, Cash Management (CRMA), Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA), CoA Validator, Collections, FED EX, General Ledger, GL Validator, Harvard Oracle Assets, HCOM, iProcurement, iReceivables, PCard, Vendor Request, Web ADI, and Web Reimbursement.

Please Note: October 18 – HUIT Major Maintenance window – however, at this time we do not expect any Oracle Financial system outages. If this changes we will update the Oracle Splash Page.
