Due to HR Release 38.0, PeopleSoft and ASPIRE transmissions to PeopleSoft will be unavailable starting on Thursday, May 15th at 5:00pm until Monday, May 19th at 8:00am. As with other releases, users are reminded to clear their internet cache(s) before accessing PeopleSoft for the first time.
Users will see the following changes on Monday, May 19th:
New Accessibility Feature: My Personalizations
User will see a link for “My Personalizations” in the main menu and “Accessibility Feature options” from Quick Links – Self Service menu (shown below). This new page allows users to select an accessibility option to enable assistive technologies, such as screen readers. Click here for instructions on how to use this page.
Job Data Change and Quick Hire Forms: Custom Department Fields Added to Search Pages
Specialized fields have been added to the Quick Hire Submitter forms, Job Data Change Approver, and Job Data Change Local Submitter search pages. The Tub Payroll Rep ID, HR Rep ID, and Review Rep ID fields are only applicable for schools that use and maintain the Harvard Department Details table. (Setup HRMS > Product Related > Harvard Setup > Title Build > Harvard Department Details). For more information on using the Department Detail fields, please email PS_HR_Support@harvard.edu.
