PeopleSoft Release 43: Enhancements and Outage Information

Due to HR Release 43.0, PeopleSoft and ASPIRE transmissions to PeopleSoft will be unavailable starting on Friday, December 4th at 5:00pm until Monday, December 6th at 8:00am.

As there is no PeopleTools upgrade with this release, there is no need for users to clear their internet cache.

Job Data Changes – Updates to the Compensation Section

With release 43, the look, feel, and function of the Job Compensation section of the Job Data Change includes the following changes:

  • The “New” compensation section will no longer pre-populate with the current compensation, and will remain blank until manually updated
  • The “Delete Row” and “Changed” checkboxes have been removed.
  • Anything written in the “Changes” section will update the compensation accordingly.
  • If the “Changes” section is left blank, the current compensation will carry forward.
  • The actual annual salary will update accordingly for both salaried and hourly employees with any change in compensation, standard hours, or salary admin plan.

The following table below provides guidance for different updates to compensation:

Enter the compensation row you want to keep
