Enhancements to the AP Adjustment Form

On October 27th, a number of enhancements will be released to the AP Adjustment Form that are based on user feedback and designed to improve processing.  Work instructions reflecting these changes will be available on Eureka at Financials -> Fixed Assets -> AP Adjustment Form after the release.

Change to Rental Car Insurance Guidelines

Please note the updated rental car insurance grid on Appendix B of the Travel Policy.  The updated grid provides additional guidelines on SLI and CDW/LDW coverage for Harvard benefits-eligible employees and others traveling on Harvard business. GLACIER - Adding the Foreign Individual's E-mail for New Site/Reactivation Vendor Requests

Because of the large number of new site/reactivation vendor requests, we request that you provide the foreign individual’s e-mail address in the Note to CRT text box (as shown below) when you create a new site request or reactivate a vendor who is a foreign individual. Verifying ADI Journal Worksheet Uploads in Oracle

Some users are still having issues when uploading their ADI spreadsheets to the Oracle GL.  These issues may occur when ADI journals having more lines than the original spreadsheet are imported to the GL.  FSS is currently working with the Oracle Vendor to potentially add software patches to address these issues.  As a best practice, we strongly recommend that users always log into Oracle GL and check that their entries match the desired line counts and debit/credits after each ADI submission.  Taking this precaution can save time in...

October Updates for Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR)

The next release of changes for the Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR) system for IRBs will be completed Thursday, October 23 between 6 and 7 pm.

This release includes key improvements to IRB staff processes surrounding the determination of Data Security Level and a subsequent HUIT review, the addition of a post-lapse notice, bug fixes, and SmartForm and activity enhancements.  Among these updates, you will see the following changes:
