Course Search Enhancements in my.harvard

Wave 2 schools, including the Harvard Chan School, GSD, GSE, and HKS are going live with Course Search this month. Along with the release of all of their course information, we have some exciting enchantments to share. Check out what’s new and search for courses at https://courses.my.harvard.edu

Enhanced Course Descriptions. Search for more courses. Now, in addition to FAS and HDS courses, find courses offered by GSD, GSE, Harvard Chan, and HKS.

You will still have to use the cross-registration portal to file a petition. This one is on our list of future enhancements!

For applicable courses, click on an instructor’s name to see a list of all courses they teach, and click the icon next to their name to visit their website.

Always know where you’re going with location information from map.harvard.edu and Google maps in the course listing or from your Student Home:

FAS exam information is now easily accessible. Simply click the course on your Student Home. Certain class attributes are now hyperlinks. Click an attribute to quickly return a list of all courses that share that characteristic.

Advanced Search is Smarter. Easily search for courses by term, session, or for courses that not currently offered:

Search by the many unique attributes for each school. Enhanced prompts filter department and subject by the school you have selected or saved as your preference:
