Unpublished Drafts

All unpublished articles will show on this page to allow Contributors to access and edit their own pages. 

    • "DRAFT" articles are open for edits and/or under review.
    • "FINAL" articles are ready to be processed and published BY THE EDITOR to the live site pages.
    • "LIVE" - articles are only to be set as "LIVE" by the editor, as they will no longer show up on the page for edits/review, and be live on the site.

NOTE: the green "add new" button above with not add a new NEWS item (it adds a new page), but this link should:

Draft Posts - added to the site, but still being edited.

Note: if you don't see your post here, but it is tagged as draft, there is a 20 post limit to the widget... Ergo: you can also check this page for all draft-tagged posts: http://admin-enews.eureka.harvard.edu/news/draft/draft

Post shows in reverse chronological order, set by post-created/edited-by date (24 hour time). Set the article you want to appear at the top to the post-created/edited-by date at 23:59 and reduce time for subsequent articles.

Finalized Articles - marked at final by the author, and ready to be processed by the Editor(s).
