BRIO Query Conversion
Progress is being made on the project’s internal BRIO query analysis. The project team is now developing a strategy to share results with BRIO users in each of the schools/units, and to begin the collaborative process to get the queries converted in the most effective and efficient manner.
Training of the Project Team
Throughout the months of June and July, Administrative Technology Services staff have been attending training to help support the BRIO conversion effort and other reporting efforts of the many applications supported by the team. ATS staff have been trained in SQL and the three reporting tools that make up the Oracle Analytics Server: Analysis/Dashboards, Data Visualization, and Oracle Analytics Publisher. This training is part of the overall strategy to implement the Oracle Analytics Server and work with the reporting tools to provide consulting services to the schools.
