Finance: Initial recommendations from from Financials workstream presented to Financial Administration Leadership Group. Establishing Governance Strategy: the team is currently in the process of identifying and confirming membership for the Financials Working Group.

Research Administration & Compliance: Gathering BRIO queries and starting analysis to understand what data elements are most commonly used, expecting to kick-off engagement committees in the September/October timeframe.

FAS Adoption: Refined work into 4 primary tracks as follows: 1. College DW, 2. IVY FAS Finance, 3. IVY Faculty Affairs, 4. IVY FAS HR & completed documenting the Business Engagement Strategey for the 1st 3 tracks.

Harvard Library Adoption: Developing use cases with input from the user community & identified database structure issue; resolved with Library Technology Services Database Business Analyst
