Analytics and Reporting (Human Resources)

QlikView is an Enterprise Intelligence technology that allows the business to deliver intuitive solutions for self-service data visualization and guided analytics that drive decision-making.

HR Analytics and Reporting has been working to develop new self-service QlikView applications and enhancements to existing applications.  The following Human Resources QlikView Analytic applications are now available:

Enhancements
HR Analytics Workforce application updates:

  • Absence Management/Paid Time-Off dashboard now has been refreshed with data through June 30, 2014.
  • New forward and backward buttons allow you to return to previously used selection criteria. 
  • New charts in the mobility and termination dashboards present measures in terms of percent.  For instance, now you can see the percent of women or minorities hired in comparison to all hires.

New Enterprise Intelligence Applications
Performance Management Demographics:  Allows users to look at Performance Management data as a whole as well as in relation to various job and employee characteristics, such as job function or years of service.  Data is refreshed at the end of each month from PeopleSoft. 

Recruitment Management:  Designed to provide a variety of analyses to give users a view into the recruiting and hiring process at Harvard.  Key performance indicators include:  average number of applications per requisition, percentage of internal and minority applications, number of interviews conducted, percentage of internal and minority hires.  Data is refreshed monthly from the ASPIRE system. 

Supported Browsers
HR QlikView applications work best with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers; we have found compatibility problems when using the Internet Explorer browser.  Contact your local IT support if you have questions or concerns about your browsers.
