Oracle FINDINI 4.0.5 Release Outage Information

The University's financial systems will be unavailable from 6pm on Friday, June 20 until 6am Monday, June 23 to accommodate a scheduled release. Changes to the Oracle Vendor Request Form for GLACIER

In the June 22nd FINDINI release, the Vendor Request Form now requires the E-mail and Visa Type fields when a Vendor Type of “Individual – Non US Citizen” is selected.   When completing the Visa Type field, processors should enter “NA - Not Applicable” when it is not clear as to individual’s visa type.   If the individual is not entering the US to receive payment, processors should select “NE – No Entry.”  For example, you would use “NE” when...

Oracle Assets – Phase 2 TUBs Going Live

The first phase of the implementation of the Harvard Assets Project went live April 1st.  TUBs in that phase (School of Divinity, School of Public Health, Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Design, Radcliffe Institute, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, FAS Athletics, and FAS Division of Continuing Education) have been successfully using the application to account for and manage their assets for the past two months.

Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR) Outage and Release Information

The next release of changes for the Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR) system for IRBs will be completed after hours Friday, June 27, through Sunday, June 29.  During this time, ESTR will be unavailable. 

This release is focused on upgrading key background and administrative functionality within the IRB system. This release also impacts the following elements of IRB system use:
