Grading began in the first week of May, and for this grading cycle, the my.harvard team released an important new feature that allows faculty to enter grades early for students who are expected to graduate later this month. Reminder: HUBS Release on Saturday May 21

HUBS Release 3.6 is coming next week.  HUBS will be unavailable during the installation of the release which begins at 8:00pm on Friday, May 20.  HUBS will remain unavailable until noontime on Saturday, May 21.  The HUBS Team will send an email to users confirming HUBS availability on Saturday.

60 Oxford Street DataCenter HUIT Network Maintenance

Network maintenance has been scheduled from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 8:00 AM, Saturday, June 4, 2016. This maintenance will result in two very brief system outages to the University's financial systems. The first 90 second outage will be at 12 AM and the second will be another 90 second outage at 3 AM.

Announcing the July 2016 Launch of the Harvard Training Portal!

This July, Harvard will implement the Harvard Training Portal, a replacement for three major compliance/staff training systems: Eureka (online courses, job aids), the EH&S Training Management System, and the PeopleSoft Training Registration module.
