Announcing Buy-to-Pay (B2P) is Live!

Strategic Procurement, in partnership with HUIT, is thrilled to announce that Buy-to-Pay (B2P) went live on April 29 for a small cohort including HUIT, GSE, FAD-OFA and select departments from FAS, HMS and SPH. Over 350 users have attended training and are starting to use B2P, with 400 pending requisitions totaling $5.6 million submitted since go-live! These users can now submit Purchase Orders, Payment Requests, and Non-employee reimbursements all online in the B2P system.   • 806: Average # of rows in the dashboard results
  • 1,406: Distinct Users logged into HART during this period
  • 164,446 queries were run in April

Ad Hoc Reporting Project Update

After a comprehensive assessment of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), the project team is happy to share the exciting news that the ARP Executive Committee has approved the recommendation to implement OAS to serve the needs of the ad hoc reporting community. Fraud Alert Reporting

Please be sensitive of attempted Business Email Compromise/Email Account Compromise (BEC/EAC) scams.

Common BEC/EAC Characteristics:

  • Targeting businesses and individuals who perform legitimate transfer of funds requests
  • An urgent need or attempt to conduct unauthorized transfer of funds or sensitive data, e.g., requesting a change in wire transfer details
  • An unexpected inquiry from a vendor looking for confirmation of orders for physical and/or branded goods, e.g., procurement fraud
  • Often sent from accounts appearing to be valid (e.g., John_Harvard.harvard.edu@outlook.com) or compromised Harvard emails

Remote I-9 Collection Process Update

Reminder: Secure Upload of GLACIER Documents Available

Individuals with a HarvardKey can upload their GLACIER submission, and any additional immigration documentation or tax forms required for processing, through a secure portal that supports HRCI Level 4 Data.
