Beginning with Release 48, PeopleSoft will integrate with IAM’s Identity API for HUID provisioning to find existing and create new HUIDs. Similar to the legacy ID-matching functionality (IDGen), PeopleSoft users will continue to search for existing HUIDs by ‘essential person info’ including last name (LN), first name (FN), date of birth (DOB), and Social Security number (SSN).

We recently rolled out a new and improved look and feel to our login splash page found at https://finapps-prod.huit.harvard.edu:8888/gateway.shtml. This page is now referred to as “Harvard's Gateway to Oracle Financial Applications “. We will be enhancing it a little further with our upcoming Fall FINDINI release for Oracle Financials. Stay tuned for further modernization.

The HUBS Exalytics server is moving to a new location and HUBS will be unavailable during that time. The server is moving from 60 Oxford Street in Cambridge to 1 Summer St in Boston. The outage will begin at 5pm on Friday, September 15, and it will last all through the weekend; HUBS will become available again at the start of business on Monday, September 18. Should HUBS become available earlier than planned an email will be sent to all users.

Effective Thursday, September 28th email addresses will replace usernames to log in to the Egencia booking tool.

There is no action required from you as this change will be automatic and your password will remain unchanged. You will receive an e-mail from Egencia with your new username on Wednesday, September 27^th.
