CAPS will disable CAPS workflow at the end of day on Friday, October 12^th. Projects in workflow on that date will either be approved by the 19^th or Returned for Edit to CAPS Requestors. This is necessary to properly deploy the enhancements to the CAPS system for the asset location table for future impairments identification. CAPS will re-enable workflow on October 23^rd .

This is a reminder that HUBS will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, until the start of business the next morning, Wednesday, September 19. The outage is necessary to accommodate the move of LDAP Services to the cloud. All HUBS Overnight Processes will run as usual.

HUBS will also be impacted when Harvard’s Data Warehouse (HDW) moves to the cloud between September 20-24. During this move:

Please be sure to review vendor types and expiration dates to confirm if a vendor is active and if a payment is allowable (e.g., no income payments such as honoraria or stipends are allowable on Temporary or BER Foreign Vendor types).

The VISA Expiration Date shows the expiration date for the current immigration documentation on file.

The Inactive Date is the date the vendor will be made inactive.
