Electronic Submission Tracking and Reporting (ESTR) Anticipated Weekend Outage

The ESTR* site will be unavailable due to maintenance from Friday, May 15 at 6:00 PM through Sunday, May 17 at 6:00 PM. Please plan accordingly during this downtime.  Log in will be blocked and submissions cannot be created or viewed during this time.  To plan ahead, compose materials offline and return to ESTR after the outage to make necessary updates and proceed with IRB review:

  • If documents are needed over the weekend, download current study documents  ahead of time from ESTR. 
  • If response to an IRB request is planned, copy and save communications with IRB staff ahead of time from the ESTR History page (after selecting "read more" if appropriate) for active submissions.
  • Visit your IRB website to retrieve associated document templates to prepare while ESTR is unavailable.
