The Responsibilities of Purchasers, Preparers and Approvers Policy is now published on the Financial Policy website. The policy gives guidance to those making purchases with Harvard funds, and to those preparing and approving transactions with Harvard funds. The policy will be effective January 1, 2016; online training and information sessions will be announced soon.
An updated University Travel Policy is also now published on the Financial Policy website. The updated Travel Policy includes additional guidance for travel charged to federal funds; see the article Sponsored Administration Policy Updates to Take Effect Starting January 1, 2016 for more information.
