The information from the Preliminary FY21 Capital Spending Plan is available in CPATH. As a result of the Covid19 pandemic, the Corporation authorization of large FY21 projects and spending amounts for next steps has been delayed until September. The CAPS project approval system reopened July 9th. CAPS forms (PP, CA, CCR) submitted to CADM during the blackout period are now available to CADM for action.
