Go-Live Weekend: Student Information System Program Releasing New Student Account System

March 19, 2015

The Student Information System Program is well on its way to implementing the student financials component of the new my.harvard student information system. As of Wednesday, March 18, the cutover process began. We anticipate the new student account system will go live on March 23, 2015

Earlier this week Beth Barrett, Director of Student Financial Services/University Bursar, in conjunction with the SIS Program, sent out a comprehensive communication to the student financials community, which includes important dates and information about the transition. Click here to read the full text.

The implementation of a new student account system is an important component of the my.harvard project. This is where administrators will access an array of services including reviewing student accounts, processing refunds, and uploading finance and data files.

Currently, the my.harvard system is open to Course Catalog Coordinators who can use tools to create courses and schedule classes. With this release, we will also be enabling TF allocation.

We offer a full range of training classes for both curriculum management and student financials. We encourage you to visit our training page to learn more about course content and to sign up for courses
