Key Information:

  • There will be no March HART Release. To facilitate the HART migration activities, there will be no HART release of enhancements or bug fixes to the system.  The April release is tentatively scheduled for Friday, April 30, 2021.
  • Last Date that New Users/Changes to Existing Users will be Processed until HART Migration to OAS: To facilitate the migration process, any requests for new HART users or changes to existing HART users will be held by Client Services from Friday afternoon, March 26, 2021 until Monday, April 12, 2021.  Authorized Requestors will continue to submit requests for new users and changes to existing users during this time to Client Services using a revised user request form.
  • Any New User or Changes to Existing User Requests made March 26 – April 9 will be processed so that access will be available on Monday April 12, 2021.  Client Services is communicating detailed user security information concerning the HART Migration directly to Authorized Requestors.
  • User Customizations: Existing customizations are expected to migrate to HART in OAS.  Users should be aware that any customizations created after March 26th will not migrate into HART.
  • Bookmarks: If you have any bookmarks that have been sent to you by someone, you should save that bookmark as a customization before March 26th so it will migrate to HART in OAS.
  • New Look and Feel: While the dashboards themselves will not change significantly, some icons have changed and there will be changes to font and color.  These changes will be demonstrated to users in the HART OAS Webinars.
  • New Homepage: As HART will now be part of an overall administrative reporting system, users will log into a new homepage when they log into the system.
  • No URL Change: The program team is working to keep the existing HART URL the same for HART OAS.  Any change to this plan will be communicated directly to users in future updates.
  • Modification to User Role Choice in the FIN Core dashboards: A modification to how users select the User Role Choice in the Transaction Listing, Budget and Actuals Comparison, GL Account Monitoring, and Fund Management Dashboards will make it more intuitive that users must select their role before adding prompts and running the dashboard.
  • Improved Usability in Prompt Search: Searching for prompt values is greatly improved in this version of HART; it will be much easier to find names of funds, buildings, etc.
  • Ability to Type Period Values in Certain Dashboards: You can now type period values in dashboards such as the GL Account Monitoring and Fund Management dashboards.
