Quick Tip: Tips for Reviewing Calendar/Year-End Transactions

Most people are focusing their attention on calendar year-end fiscal activities.  Remember these tips to get the most from HART during this period:

  • Whenever possible, run the appropriate version of the Transaction Listing Lite dashboard to get the speediest results.
  • When running any Transaction Listing dashboard, always use the Period prompt by itself or in combination with other time period prompts to coax faster results.
  • To export large data sets, use the Export>Data>CSV option.
  • Remember that you can filter on a value by right-clicking on the column, selecting Move Column, then selecting To Prompts.

You can also format your display to group on a value, such as by Fund or by Object, by right-clicking on the column, selecting Move Column, then selecting To Sections.
