Harvard Analytics and Reporting Tool (HART), powered by OBI, includes the Accounts Receivables, CAPS, Cash Management, Chart of Accounts, CSMA, Financials, Grants Management, Procure to Pay, Travel & Expense, and User Security folders.

HART by the Numbers for April 2020

  • 1: Average query time to run in seconds
  • 806: Average # of rows in the dashboard results
  • 1,406: Distinct Users logged into HART during this period
  • 164,446 queries were run in April

Monthly HART Release

The next monthly HART release will begin on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 6 pm.  The release is expected to be complete by 9 am Saturday, May 30, 2020.

There will be a few new dashboards released in May! Check out the HART 3 Month Release Plan and Backlog wiki page for details of the dashboard changes included in this release.

This webinar provides reminders about basic HART functionality including running a dashboard, including, excluding, and moving columns; sorting; adding filters ("moving to prompts”), layout options ("moving to sections"), customizations, bookmarks, printing and exporting.  Recommended for new employees or current employees wanting to get the most out of using HART dashboards.

Upcoming HART Drop-In Session

This 1-hour session is designed for you to get 1-on-1 help with HART: answering questions, saving displays as customizations, etc. The upcoming Drop In session is Friday, July 17, 2020 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.  You can attend in person at 8 Story Street, Room B50, Cambridge or virtually via Zoom.

Please note: if the current work from home situation continues, the office hours will be converted into several virtual individual  ½ sessions.  Look for an announcement via the HART mailing list if the session is changed.

To ensure that we have adequate resources available at these sessions, we are asking for you to register for the session if you plan to attend.
