- 1,266: Distinct Users logged into HART during this period; 89 fewer users than August 2019
- 125,790 queries were run in August; a 25% decrease from August 2019

This webinar provides reminders about basic HART functionality including running a dashboard, including, excluding, and moving columns; sorting; adding filters ("moving to prompts”), layout options ("moving to sections"), customizations, bookmarks, printing and exporting. Recommended for new employees or current employees wanting to get the most out of using HART dashboards.

Upcoming HART Drop-In Session
These sessions are designed for you to get 1-on-1 help with HART: answering questions, saving displays as customizations, etc. The next set of virtual Drop-In sessions will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020. There will be 8 individual 1/2 hour sessions available, beginning at 11 am-12 pm; 1 pm-4 pm. Each 1/2 session is open to one individual. Wait list information will be monitored, and, if necessary, an additional Drop-In date will be added to the calendar.
You must register for a session at the Harvard Training Portal in order for the session to be held and to obtain the Zoom details log in detail.
