Monthly HART Release

Due to ongoing Fiscal Year End work by end users, there will be no HART release in the month of July.

New Payroll Position Number Column Now Available on Transaction Listing Dashboards

In June, a new Payroll Position Number column was added to the Transaction Listing All, All Lite, Limited Comp, Limited Comp Lite and Bal Fwd dashboards.

The column can be added by right-clicking on any column on these dashboards, selecting Include Column, and selecting the PYRL – Payroll Position Number option.

If you wish to add this column to an existing customization, be sure to re-save the customization with the same name so that the column will be available to you moving forward.  Please see this wiki page for information on how to edit and re-save a customization.

Quick Tip: Using the Closing Selection Prompt on the Transaction Listing Dashboards

As of July 1st, the Fiscal Year End Closing Dates have now been added as prompts on the Transaction Listing All, All Lite, Summ Comp, Summ Comp Lite, Limited Comp and Limited Comp dashboards.

To effectively use this prompt, follow these guidelines:

  • When a Closing Selection prompt range is selected, you get everything that was posted during that time frame, whether it was posted to June or July.
  • Use the Closing Selection prompt in conjunction with the appropriate Period prompt selection(s) to ensure you are getting only the data you want.
  • In fact, always using a time period prompt in conjunction with the period prompt will always get you the fastest results!

Please see our handy one-page HART Fiscal Year End job aid for more tips on getting the most out of HART during this period.
