Quick Tip: Quickly Find the Org or Object Hierarchy for your Child Value

When running the Transaction Listing All, Summ Comp or Limited Comp dashboards, you may know the child value of your Org, e.g., 12345 or your favorite Object Code, e.g., 6640.  But what if you need to the Super Org, Mega Object, Giga Org value, etc.?   While the Chart Hierarchy dashboard can provide you the answer to that question, there is an easy way to find that information without having to leave your Transaction Listing Dashboard:

  1. Under your search results, select the Export link, then choose Data>CSV
  2. This will download the results to Excel in a .csv file.  When you export using this method, all column headings on the dashboard, even those that are hidden in the right-click columns, will appear in the export.  You will be able to easily see both the Org and Object hierarchies for your child values, as well as the description of each of the values
