  • Displays Pre-10/1/2002 PeopleSoft individual and department lookup data.

 

Sharing Bookmarks!

  • You can now share bookmarks with anybody who has access to the QlikView application in
    which yourbookmark was created!  In the application header, click on “More” then
    “Mail with Bookmark as a Link” to send the bookmark via email.  For more information view this Sharing Bookmarks Job Aid on the Harvard Training Portal.

Data Dictionary

  • Looking for the definition of an attribute like Appointment End Date or FTE?  Well, a
    Definitions icon has been added to QlikView applications and can be found on the application ribbon:

Max PDF Limits

  • You can now set the # of employees for a PDF report by going to Settings and selecting your
    “Max PDF Limit”:

Reset Your Presets!

  • Presets let you build Self Service reports quickly!  Go to the Settings page and select the dimensions that work for you.  For example, under JOB, select business title, grade, job function, union…or any other attributes.  Next time you click on the JOB preset, your report will render with
    those attributes in one click!
  • Want to return your presets to the standard selections?  You can now reset your presets to the standard fields under Settings on the application toolbar by clicking on “Reset Presets”:

Show Row # in Self Service

  • Show Row # displays the row number (and total number of rows) for the data selected in your
    Self Service report.

  • Want to turn Show Row # off?  Go to Settings on the application toolbar and choose No next to “Show Row # in Self Service”.

  • The default setting is Yes.

My Workforce and University Workforce

  • Actual and projected service in the Milestone Report under My Workforce > Current > Service is
    now differentiated by color
  • The User Security Report in University Workforce > Compliance now has a chart that consolidates non-associated sections into one static chart
  • University Workforce > Compliance > LHT Hours Audit:  Supervisor Name and Email have been added to the top LHT Compliance Summary chart and Name-Last First Middle to the bottom

  • Attributes were added to the SERVICE dimensions including Svc Partic-Curr, Svc Vesting-Curr
    and Svc Credited-Curr to My Workforce > Current
  • Several attributes have been added to Self Service in both applications including Acad Rank
    Code, Acad Rank, Discipline Code,
    and Discipline as well as compensation fields to
    My Workforce > Actions

 

My Earnings

  • Several new JOB and PERSON fields have been added to Self Service including Name-Last First Middle

Benefits Demographics

  • Benefit Plan Code has been added to the list of Self Service dimensions

Training and Change Management

  • As of mid-April, 100% of our target group has been trained on QlikView
