For your convenience the year-end Actuals Load Schedule has been posted to the HUBS Wiki: https://wiki.harvard.edu/confluence/display/FSSHUBS/Actuals+Load+Schedule.
In addition, please note that the new fiscal year, FY19, will be recognized as the current fiscal year in HUBS on the following dates:
- In the Reporting Applications starting on the morning of Monday, July 2
- In the Planning Applications starting on the morning of Monday, July 9
If you have reports to run and you would like FY18 to show as the current year, run them on or before Friday July 6 because the current fiscal year will change during processes that will run over the weekend of July 6.
The new year also impacts data entry, as it does every year. If you still have changes to make for Plan-Working FY18, make them by the end of day on Friday, July 6, due to the following:
- After July 6 the data entry forms in HUBS will show only FY19 and FY20 for Plan-Working; FY18 will no longer be included for Plan-Working.
- Some business rules run only for the current year (and next year) and FY18 will no longer be recognized as the current year after July 6. For example the salary calculation rule, BRBE77, runs only for the current year and next year therefore salary and fringe expenses will no longer be calculated for FY18.
