HUCTW Salary Increase Process

The next HUCTW salary increase is effective on October 1, 2014.   Union employees will receive a structure of  2%  and a progression amount based on years of service.  Employees with service of a year or more get a full progression. Employees with greater than 6 months but less than 12 get half a progression.  The progression amount is automatically calculated on the Salary Increase Process (SIP) Excel spreadsheet.

When Can the Extract be Performed? 
The August pension process will run on Saturday, September 6th, so the earliest departments can start their extracts is on Monday, September 8th.   Doing your extract prior to September 8th will undercount the employee's service accrual which could effect the progression calculation.

When Should the Upload be Completed?
Departments must have their uploads completed by 5:00PM on Thursday, September 25th.
