There will be a planned HUIT Maintenance Window to implement the Cloud Shield 2 network security platform upgrade for Oracle Financials Systems that will begin Saturday, June 12 at 6:00am until Sunday, June 13 afternoon. The Oracle EBS Financial systems that will be offline during this time include:

- Accounts Receivable
- iReceivables & Collections
- CAPS
- Cash Management (CMRA)
- Chart Security Maintenance Application (CSMA)
- Chart of Accounts GL Validator
- FedEx
- General Ledger
- Oracle Assets
- HCOM & iProcurement
- PCard
- Web ADI
- Web Reimbursement
CPATH (Capital Planning at Harvard) will not be impacted during this time.
