Report Enhancements

HRJOBDA024 Hours Audit: Less Than Half-Time (LHT) Employees
HRJBMUL026 Departmental: Multiple Jobs Less Than Half-Time (LHT) Employees

Both reports have been updated to reflect a recent policy change to allow LHT employees to hold multiple LHT jobs at the University as long as they do not meet the 17.5 weekly hour limit.

The logic of HRJOBDA024 will now look at an employee's weekly paid hours across all of their LHT jobs to determine if they meet or exceed the 17.5 hour limit.

The logic of HRJBMUL026 has been updated to no longer pick up multiple LHT jobs as a violation, however if an employee with multiple active LHT jobs also has another paid job at the University (excluding empl class H) the employee will appear on the report.

The reports have also been updated to display all of the employees LHT jobs based on the departments chosen on the parameter screen. For example:

Scenario 1 - John Harvard had two active LHT jobs - one in Dept A and the other in the Dept B. If Dept A is chosen his LHT job from Dept A will appear on the report as well as his Dept B LHT job.

Scenario 2 - Fred Jones has an active LHT job in Dept A and an active LHT job in Dept B. If Dept A and Dept B are both chosen on the parameter page, both of Fred's LHT jobs will appear twice; once under Dept A and the again under Dept B.
