Individual - Non US Citizen 1042S Vendors: New Site Requests and Future Inactive Dates

When using vendor look-up, Individual – Non US Citizen (aka 1042S vendors) will always have a date populated in the “Inactive Date” field.

If the date is in the future, the vendor is not inactive, and payments can still be processed.

Please remember to select the Inactive Date link only when the date has passed and the vendor needs to be reactivated.

Be sure to select the button when requesting a new vendor site or reactivating an inactive site.
