my.harvard Updates

May 12, 2016

Grading began in the first week of May, and for this grading cycle, the my.harvard team released an important new feature that allows faculty to enter grades early for students who are expected to graduate later this month. Additionally, the Operational Data Store, an application that allows for simplified interfacing with my.harvard data, now contains class and bio/demo data, allowing users to more easily extract data from the system. The user experience team pushed through some enhancements to course search including the addition of user preferences and enhanced prompts on advanced course search, the conversation team finished converting HKS enrollments, and finally, the program team has been collaborating with registrars at each of the schools to provide comprehensive briefings to faculty and administrators on the changes coming later this summer. We remain on track to go live in multiple waves starting on June 15th!
