Effective Thursday, September 28th email addresses will replace usernames to log in to the Egencia booking tool.
There is no action required from you as this change will be automatic and your password will remain unchanged. You will receive an e-mail from Egencia with your new username on Wednesday, September 27th.
Please note: If you’ve changed your Harvard email address in your Egencia profile to another address, you will receive the notification e-mail at the alternative address and this will be your new Username.
