The Massachusetts Form M-4 which allows employees to specify the number of exceptions or an additional amount to be withheld on their paycheck for Massachusetts State Tax can now be completed online through PeopleSoft.Log-into PeopleSoft and visit the My Pay tile on the Self Service home page. The Massachusetts Department of Revenue website provides M-4 instructions in an alphabetical listing of withholding tax forms.
