Change Request Email Notifications for Approvers
As part of the Oracle Financials February monthly release, we will be implementing notifications for approvers when a change request is sent to them for approval. The new functionality will be delivered on February 28. The details of the notification can be seen as follows:
Where will the email be sent from?
donotreply-apollo26-00@harvard.edu
What is the subject line of the email?
Requisition (req number) Change Request (new amount USD) for (shopper)
What will the notification look like?
Notes
- Shoppers will still receive the normal 3 email notifications when the change request has been finally approved.
- Approvers will only see the above notification if they have selected the 'HTML mail' notification type within the HCOM preferences section. Please consult the Harvard Training Portal for instructions on changing/updating your email preferences.
