PeopleSoft 9.2 Tips - Using Two Concurrent Browser Sessions

There is an issue with using the “New Window” feature in both Chrome and Internet Explorer that causes the application to timeout. Oracle is working on a solution. Until then, if this is a feature you want to use, you must use FireFox.  In testing for a solution, the product team found a workaround by doing the following:

1. Open FireFox and navigate to a page in PeopleSoft that has the New Window link.
   
   
2. After clicking the link immediately click the HOME icon.
