PeopleSoft HR Spring Release
PeopleSoft HR Spring Release became available on Monday, May 11.
This release includes our annual PeopleSoft upgrade. With this release, users will see changes in the following areas:
1. Mobile Benefits Pages
Your Benefits Summary and Benefits Enrollment pages are now mobile friendly:
- Employees can now review their benefits, and when the time comes enroll in benefits, using new mobile friendly pages.
- See the latest changes by visiting the My Benefits tile.
2. ePerformance
- Streamlined performance management form for printing -- when using Print PDF or Export to Word!
3. New Announcements Tile
- Employees can now receive announcements directly within PeopleSoft. Continue to visit this tile for latest PeopleSoft updates and enhancements.
PeopleSoft Costing Copy
- This year's costing copy process will run on Sunday, June 14, inserting new FY21 costing rows with a 7/1/20 effective date.
- New: For position level costing, changes effective 7/1/20 or later can be submitted at any time. You do not have to wait for the costing copy.
- New: For appointment level costing, if you're using the new Manage Costing tile or the costing extract/upload, changes effective 7/1/20 or later can be submitted at any time. You no longer need to wait for the costing copy.
- If you're using the Quick Hire or JDCF, appointment costing changes effective 7/1/20 or later must be submitted after the costing copy, as in prior years.
- All costing changes effective between 6/14/20 and 6/30/20 that are entered after the Costing Copy must be entered for both FY20 and FY21.

PeopleSoft Term Appointment Processing
To process the high volume of employee records with expected end-dates of May 31, 2020 and June 30, 2020, the following adjustments will be made to the auto-term processing schedule:
- May 31 end-dates will be processed during the day on Sunday, May 31, instead of during the night. Any reappointments needed for this population should be processed before Sunday, May 31.
- June 30 end-dates will be processed during the day on Sunday, June 28. Any reappointments needed for this population should be processed before Sunday, June 28.
