PeopleSoft October Release

Here are the latest PeopleSoft October release updates:

Open Enrollment 2020

Open Enrollment will be held from November 10th through November 19th.

New Open Enrollment Tile

A new Open Enrollment tile will be on the PeopleSoft Home Page during the Open Enrollment window.  The new Open Enrollment tile provides a countdown till the end of Open Enrollment.

When a user clicks on the tile, they will be able to make elections, view dependents, update personal information, etc.

New Benefit Statements Page

  • Users can now access ‘Enrollment Preview’ statements from the Open Enrollment tile or My Benefits tile
  • Enrollment Preview statements are benefit statements generated by a user by either clicking ‘Submit Enrollment’ or ‘Review Enrollment’ when making Benefits changes online.

Absence Balances Report: Usability Change – Display Zero Balances (0.00) for New Hires:

The Absence Balances Report has been enhanced to include new hires having absence balances of zero. New hires will appear on the report with a zero balance until they have their first accrual.

A check box has been added to the Run Control page in the Other Filters section of the report, labeled “Include New Hires”. By checking this check box, the report will also include New Hires in the results. The enhanced report and run control page will display as follows:
