As part of the Performance Management process for managers, when feedback nominations are submitted for an employee, the Track Reviewers page contains information on the status of nomination. As we continue to improve the user experience for managers, we have made multiple changes to the Track Reviewers page. On the Track Reviewers grid, the “Status” field will be changed to “Nomination Status” and the “Cancel” field will be changed to “Action”. These updates to field names should help clarify that the action only pertains to the nomination process. We are also adding the “Review Status” and “Date Completed” fields to provide managers with a better idea of where the feedback reviews are at. Lastly, we are adding notify functionality so that managers can email the reviewers from within PeopleSoft. This change will be available in production on March 27, 2020.
