Position Tracking Budgeting Improvements/Enhancements Made to HUBS

The Harvard University Budgeting System (HUBS) Team continues to make updates and enhancements to support Position Tracking in the tool for the FY21 Budget Year.  Over the weekend of February 1-2, 2020, some requested fixes updates were implemented in HUBS. 

The changes made are as follows:

1. An update on salary calculations to prevent orphan expenses on 6040.  Please see this Job Aid - Business Rule BRBE77 Run Salary Calculations for more information.
2. An update of form WFPE010 Position Detail.  The form now expands G601 and G624 by default so that you no longer need to expand multiple levels to reach level 0 members.
3. A New form - WFPE104_Position Roster by Org and Empl Class_Expanded has been added.  This has the same layout as WFPE104 but has YearTotal expanded to show all months so you do not need to expand YearTotal->Quarters etc.
4. A supplement to the 104 form for schools/units who are budgeting Summer Salary using PTR.
