Procurement Policy Information Session

Effective 7/1/18, a new Procurement Policy goes into effect. The information session will review the policy’s conflict of interest standards, purchase threshold documentation requirements based on funding type, and best practices for Preferred Vendors, special purchases, tax exemptions and other topics. Individuals making purchases with federal, cost-share, or expenses moving onto federal funds may want to attend this session to understand changes to federal purchasing requirements.

The Procurement Policy Information Session will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The session will be offered both in person (space limited) and via WebEx.
