GMAS
GMAS was updated on September 9, 2019 with the following changes:

Convert additional pages for requests:
- Approval yes/no questions
- Add new accounts
- Request submission
- Simplification of the internal logic used to generate approvals, making it consistent across the entire application.
- Convert foreign/overseas approval and add additional status options.
- Configuration changes to support billing agreements.

The next release is scheduled for November 18, and will be focused on integration between GMAS and the ESTR IRB system.

ESTR-IRB
The ESTR support team is excited to announce the details of the fall configuration release. The release includes a number of enhancements and fixes to better support the user community.
ESTR will be unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 pm ET to Sunday, September 29 at 11:30 pm to allow for the upgrade.
With this release, Harvard plans to add configurations to support IRB review and notifications to researchers. Release highlights include:
- Minor SmartForm revisions;
- Changes to notification content and timing (specifically around External IRB review); and
- Activity and workpsace updates to support IRB staff in the review process.

Agreements-DUA
The Agreements support team is excited to announce the details of the fall configuration release. The release includes a number of enhancements and fixes to better support the user community.
Agreements will be unavailable from Friday, September 27 at 6:00 pm ET to Sunday, September 29 at 11:30 pm to allow for the upgrade.
With this release, Harvard plans to add configurations to support Data Use Agreement review. Release highlights include:
- Minor SmartForm revisions;
- Additional Track Agreement Element options; and
- Revisions to the timing and content of email reminders.

FY19 Q4 project statements and FY19 Annual statements important dates:
- Review period: 9/3/19 to 9/23/19
- Certification period: 9/24/19 to 10/23/19
All Requests for Proxy of Authority for Annual Effort Certifications forms must be submitted to OSP by Friday September 13th. Tub deadlines may be earlier.

PI Dashboard
The next release of the PI Dashboard application is scheduled for mid-October. It will include the new Personnel Plan module and several navigation enhancements to the User Interface.
