Important dates for the FY20 Q4 project statements and FY20 Annual statements :
Review Period: September 1, 2020 to September 21, 2020
Certification Period: September 22, 2020 to October 21, 2020
FY20 Q4 Project Certifications and FY20 Effort Certification Due: October 21, 2020
All Request for Proxy of Authority for Annual Effort Certifications forms must be submitted to OSP by Friday September 4th. Tub deadlines may be earlier.
The next ecrt Basics training sessions will be offered on September 9th 9:30am to 11:00am through Zoom Meeting. Please register for the training through Havard Training Portal.

GMAS
GMAS had two small releases, one on Thursday July 30, 2020, and one on August 11, 2020. Both releases added features to the International Collaboration and Activities and Cost Sharing approvals, as well as fixing various bugs. The full release notes can be found here:

Data Safety
The revised Harvard Research Data Security Policy Guidance became effective July 15 2020. The Data Safety system supports the required review process described in this guidance. For more information on the requirements, visit:
