A new International Collaboration and Activities module was released and made available on July 13, 2020. Information about the international collaboration and activities enhancements can be found on the GMAS website. GMAS Job Aids for these features can also be found on the GMAS website. In addition, OSP has wonderful resources to assist with the review and data collection which can be found on the https://nfs-osp.finance.harvard.edu/.

Data Safety
Starting July 15, 2020, the updated Research Data Security Policy Guidance will be in effect. For more information on the new requirements, see the Office of the Vice Provost for Research website and the Harvard Research Data Security Policy website.

Have you tried Office 365 in Data Safety? The system now allows for viewing and editing of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents using Office 365 Online. Using this feature to edit correspondence to study teams can save time and reduce clutter on your computer. For more information on using Office 365, see the release notes for the May update.

- Certification Period: September 22, 2020 to October 21, 2020
FY20 Q4 Project Certifications and FY20 Effort Certification Due: October 21, 2020
All Request for Proxy of Authority for Annual Effort Certifications forms must be submitted to OSP by Friday September 4th. Tub deadlines may be earlier.

The PI Dashboard team continues preparing for the annual fiscal year and balance forward rollover process. Target rollover date is Monday evening, August 10, 2020.
