FY21 Q4 Project Statements and FY21 Annual Statements:

GMAS
GMAS will be unavailable beginning at 6PM on Friday October 29th. This outage is to support the upcoming GMAS November 2021 release scheduled to be available by the start of business on Monday November 1st. This release includes a few enhancements, bug fixes, and screen conversions.

Highlight of the changes in this release include:
- Two new request types have been created for managing a project's research team.
- Confirm research team request
- Edit research team request
- Document repositories will now have the functionality to download all documents.
- An update to the subtitle header on request screens
- Added indicators for Inactive & Non-HUID members

ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA and Data Safety
ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, Data Safety and OAIR will be unavailable over a weekend in early November for a major upgrade impacting suite navigation, project pin features, record listing and searching, and other helpful enhancements such as:
- ESTR-IRB will be updated to include new SmartForm instruction and question-based help text, along with notification updates and workspace improvements.
- Agreements-DUA will be updated to include additional tracking elements for reviewers, workspace improvements, and a new manage admin contacts activity to update primary contact and guests.
- Data Safety will be updated to include clarifications to SmartForm questions and instruction, along with workspace improvements.
The confirmed upgrade weekend date along with a complete list of items in this upgrade will be available on the Research Administration and Compliance Systems website soon!
The support team offers informational sessions, focusing on the use of ESTR-IRB with Agreements-DUA and Data Safety as a suite and where we can highlight key changes associated with the upgrade. OAIR
In early November, OAIR will be updated to include minor application improvements, including revisions to certification form question text and options, enhanced reporting, and notification revisions. Please visit the OAIR support site for helpful application guidance and detailed release notes when available.
