A new termination code, “TLV”, was created several months ago to be used when terminating employment for a Temp or LHT whose employment is ending due to a violation of the Temp/LHT Policy. This same code can and should be used when terminating employment due to a policy violation under the new OHHCW (Occasional High Hours Contingent Worker) job code.
